Olympia Fields (Ill.) Rich Central wide receiver Shawn Mitchell suffered a setback in his junior season that delayed his recruitment. Now, the 5-10, 165-pound receiver is starting to see interest increase, and has picked up two scholarship offers.

Mitchell came out in his senior season and worked to prove doubters wrong, finishing with 39 receptions for 940 yards and 11 touchdowns. He also added a touchdown on a punt return.

Mitchell is also a standout in the classroom. He holds a 3.2 GPA and scored a 25 on his ACT.
