Jai Franklin may be a resident of Upper Marlboro (Md.) but he's a native of Fredericksburg. He has adjusted to life in Maryland but admits he still keeps a close eye on the Virginia Cavaliers and what the football program is doing.

Franklin, a 6-foot-4, 270-pound offensive tackle from Wise High School, recently picked up his first offer. It came from Old Dominion and that's a school he hopes to visit before too long.
